Janelle Robertson

Head of Residential Management

With over 15 years of hands-on experience, Janelle leads the Residential Management team while still managing her own portfolio. That means she doesn’t just direct the team-she works alongside them.

Janelle is known for her clear communication, strong legislative knowledge, and calm problem-solving. She supports staff with practical advice, ongoing training, and a genuine commitment to doing things properly.

Tim Nance

Senior Property Manager

Tim brings five years of practical industry experience and a strong grip on tenancy legislation. He takes a no-nonsense approach to managing properties, ensuring issues are handled quickly and professionally.

From lease renewals to maintenance coordination, Tim’s detail-focused style and consistent follow-through make him a dependable contact for both landlords and tenants.

Lisa Fletcher

Assistant Property Manager

Lisa supports the team across inspections, correspondence, reporting, and maintenance coordination. Her calm, organised approach ensures the day-to-day runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Melvyn Cleyet-Marel

Leasing & Client Relationship Manager

Melvyn combines leasing expertise with marketing insight and strong communication skills. In the past year alone, he’s leased over 120 properties, consistently securing great outcomes for Brisbane landlords.

He also handles onboarding of new managements, particularly where tenants are already in place. By building rapport, confirming expectations, and ensuring clean handovers, Melvyn makes transitions seamless for both owners and renters.
