We are a specialist property management agency located just off Racecourse Road in Hamilton, at 1/17 Allen Street. Established in 2009, we manage residential properties across inner Brisbane for a fixed fee from only $22 per week.
Once a tenant is secured, the management of a property is a recurring service and we feel that given the nature and predictability of the work involved, it is only fair that we fix the fee that we charge.
Property Management is a service industry and we know how much time is required to effectively manage, and that it is directly related to the property size and not the rental amount. Thanks to our team of specialist property managers and our efficient work practises, we are able to deliver our highly effective service at such great value.
