INSPECTIONS
For your convenience, registering your attendance at our listed inspection time will provide you with reminders of the upcoming appointment. You can register your attendance directly on any of our advertised property listings through “Book an inspection”.
RENTAL APPLICATIONS
Once you have inspected a property, you are then able to submit your application to be considered for the tenancy. More details on the application process can be found here.
WHAT TO INCLUDE IN YOUR APPLICATION
Your application can either be submitted online (details provided when you register for an inspection) or with a paper copy. It must be supported by the following
- Identification – we require a copy of, or to sight both a Government Issued document including a photograph and one other supporting document
- Employment Details and/or Financial Information – Examples: most recent pay slips, bank statements (without transaction details), other financial documents (as requested by the property manager/owner)
- Occupant Details (if applcable)
- Pet Details (if applcable)
- Vehicle Details (if applcable)
If these items are not present your application will not be processed.
We’ll contact your current/previous property manager or landlord for a rental reference.
All applicants will be checked against a national tenancy database (details provided in Application).
Applications that meet our criteria will be passed to the property owner, who will make the final decision on which application to progress.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN APPLICATION?
As you application is a high priority, we will endeavour to provide a response within 2 business days.
