When you book an inspection, you’ll receive reminders and updates to keep you on track. It’s the best way to stay ahead of new listings and streamline your application.
Once you’ve attended an inspection, you’re welcome to apply. We provide online links for digital applications or paper forms on-site if needed. After submission, we aim to respond within 2 business days. Every application is reviewed fairly and forwarded to the property owner for a final decision.

What to Include With Your Rental Application
Your application helps us match you to the right property faster. Including all relevant details upfront gives you the best chance of approval.
Identification
A government-issued photo ID and one additional supporting document are required with every application.
Employment and Income
Provide recent payslips, bank statements, or other proof of stable income. We assess each application fairly based on affordability and reliability.
Occupants, Pets & Vehicles
If applicable, list all intended occupants along with pet and vehicle details. This helps us ensure the property suits your needs long-term.
References and Background
We’ll contact your current or past agent for a rental reference and perform a standard tenancy database check.

View an active listing, register for an inspection, and follow the instructions sent via email. You’ll need to supply documents like ID, proof of income, and past rental history.
Can I apply for a property without inspecting it?
Generally, we recommend inspecting the property in person before applying. Exceptions may be made for interstate applicants.
What happens if I’m approved?
We’ll contact you with the next steps to secure the lease and provide all relevant documentation. Once signed, you’ll receive your move-in date and handover instructions.
How long does it take to find out if I’ve been approved?
Most applications are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving all required documentation.
